We require an administrator to assist with the management of all office functions within Victoria’s Restaurant in Pitlochry. This role will also incorporate an element of personal assistance for the owners of the Restaurant.

Contract Type/ Hours:

Permanent role with a minimum of 25 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm, although this time can be flexible to suit the right candidate.  There is potential for this role to be full-time encompassing reservation & reception duties for our sister business The Old Mill Inn, 2 days a week.

Roles & Requirements

To provide administrative support in the day to day operation of Victoria’s Restaurant in the Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry.  Daily tasks will include:

  • Managing the business email inboxes
  • Adding invoices onto Quick Books
  • Preparing reports for stock taking
  • Collecting hours from team members
  • Social media posting
  • Taking table reservations
  • Working closely with the owners in providing a supporting role with any other professional task they require

For the right candidate seeking a full-time role, there is the possibility of extending this role to include Reception and Reservation duties for our sister business The Old Mill Inn, also in Pitlochry.  This would bring the weekly hours to the region of 45 hours per week.

Role Essentials

Candidates must be:

  • 18 years +
  • Eligible to work in the UK

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • IT literate – experience in Word, Excel, Email & Internet applications

  • Experience of Quick Books accounting software
  • Experience of stock taking process
  • Marketing skills
  • Financial skills
  • Previous Hospitality related work experience


Further training in the form of relevant in house and external courses will be provided.  Meals will also be provided on shift.
